On May 13th , 2020, the 3rd GIAC Meeting was held through video conference, as a result of COVID-19. The meeting discussed each GIAC subcommittee work plan and roadmap for 2020.

The 2nd GIAC Meeting was held in Cairo on 14th January 2020 in which the rules and procedures were validated by the GIAC Members, which was then endorsed by the EMGF HLWG and subsequently by the Ministerial Meeting.
