Launched to amplify women's voices and expertise in the energy sector, EmpowerMed has experienced exponential growth during its first year. Expanding from an initial community of 200 to over 600 members across 11 countries, the Network has proven to be a vital platform for women who want to be part of something greater and ensure their insights actively shape the East Mediterranean energy dialogue. 

A central focus of the meeting was the introduction of the Year Two Structure Enhancement & Restructuring Plan. Building upon the valuable insights and lessons learned in Year One, this strategic roadmap paves the way for more structured groups and an inclusive governance framework. By fully unlocking individual potential, the plan ensures the Network operates with even greater agility and impact as it scales.
