A significant highlight of the meeting was the visit of Mr. Lorenzo Simonelli, Chairman & CEO of Baker Hughes. During the session, Mr. Simonelli shared valuable global perspectives and industry insights that reinforced the EC’s strategic direction.

Following the meeting, Secretary General Osama Mobarez hosted Mr. Simonelli and the Baker Hughes leadership team—including Mr. Ayman Khattab and Mr. Amro Ismail Elsharkawi—to explore future avenues for cooperation.
