Today, EMGF Secretary General Participated in the Economist Impact 28th Annual Government Roundtable, that took place in Athens, Greece, under the theme of Theme: Spiralling through the conflicts in search of opportunities.

In a panel titled “How is the geopolitical crisis transforming the energy landscape in SE Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean ” SG Mobarez shared the floor with H.E. Theodoros Skylakakis, Minister of Environment and Energy, Greece and H.E. Victor Parlicov, Minister of Energy, Moldova.

During the session, SG Mobarez emphasized the critical role of gas in addressing today's energy trilemma. He also underscored the EMGF's role in fostering collaboration within the region to ensure harmonization and balance between energy transition and energy Security.
