EMGF Secretary General Osama Mobarez had a series of productive bilateral meetings on the sidelines of COP28.
The bilateral meetings focused on fostering sustainable energy solutions and promoting regional cooperation in the East Med and how the Forum is playing a pivotal role in shaping the energy landscape.
The discussions also focused on the Member Countries collective efforts to enable the East Med to provide a low carbon low cost energy supplies.
The bilateral meetings were carried out with Italian Vice Minister Vannia Gava, French Director general of globalization, M. Aurélien Lechevallier, EU DG Ditte Juul Jørgensen, SLB New Energy President Mr. Gavin Rennick, Mr. Landon Derentz- Global Energy Council, Mr. Steve Lutes- Vice President, Middle East Affairs at U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Yalan Li- IGU President and Mr. Jarad Daniels- CCS Institute CEO.
