  • Objective of Post
    The Performance management office specialist will Oversee and monitor EMGF progress in achieving its strategic objectives.
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
    1. Provides coordination and support to initiative owners.
    2. Ensures key stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the latest status of the initiative’s development.
    3. Provides a consistent, program-wide view of progress, issues, and interdependencies.
    4. Raises flags and suggests modifications in the objectives to be achieved.
    5. Recommend improvements where necessary.
    6. Communicates key information to relevant stakeholders (e.g., timelines, updates, etc.)
    7. Oversee initiative performance (proactively identify significant issues and support prompt resolution)
    8. Challenge initiative plans/progress.
    9. Maintain consistency in approach, messages, and tools across the initiatives.
    10. Daily overview of initiatives.
    11. Weekly Involvement with initiative owners
    12. Bi-weekly involvement to update SG.
    13. Develop a Performance Dashboard with Initiative KPIs (Track initiative progress through performance KPIs & Track EMGF’s performance through achievement of initiative specific KPIs).
    14. Develop a Monthly detailed report on progress made on initiatives including (Overview of EMGF’s performance – Details on KPI target achievements – Notes of any set-backs and next steps).
    15. Draft the annual action plan for the upcoming year with the consultation of other departments
    16. Assist the Strategy & Policy Development in writing the Annual Report through providing updates on EMGF’s progress.
    17. Initiates the process of LTS review by analyzing the progress made by EMGF over the past 4 years and passing over to the Strategy & Policy Development to make strategic recommendations.
