Holding a PhD in Business Administration, Radwa specializes in Employee Engagement and Performance Optimization. Her influence extends beyond HR—she is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certified Coach in Life, Career, Corporate Wellness, and Strength-Based Relationships, a Master NLP Practitioner, a Certified Hypnotist, and a Qualified Professional Trainer (TRACCERT Canada) in HR , CSR and Employee wellness and engagement .
