(O&G) and energy transition industry, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership,
and sustainability-driven business acumen—perfectly aligning with the aspirations to

readiness.
I am Doctor Engineer Yasmine El-Sherbiny (born in Egypt in 1978) working currently as the Energy Transition and Sustainability
Business Manager in the Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries (Enppi), an Egyptian company
owned by EGPC (Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation).
In 2002, I graduated from Cairo University, Egypt with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and Power
Machines. I accomplished professionally with an honor my MBA and DBA my from the prestigious Arab
Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in addition to attaining a business psychology
diploma from Royal Business College Institute, bringing a wealth of knowledge in business strategy and
management. This was extremely evident when I was appointed in Mar.2021 as the Executive Manager of
Enppi’s Chairman and CEO Technical Office (Staff Operation) supporting Mr. Chairman in developing,
evaluating, and following up on the implementation of the company's strategic objectives and analyzing the
results to support goals and action, upon my completion of the Leadership Middle Management Program as
part of the Egyptian Petroleum and Mineral Resources Modernization Program.
I began my career in 2002 as a Technical Sales Engineer at Johnson® Controls Company, one of the
Egyptian private sector affiliates in the industry of building management systems (BMS) and electrical power
panels in the automation industry.
I joined Enppi in 2006 as an Electrical Lead Engineer where my professional experience solidified through
participating in national and international O&G EPC projects, moving up my career over 20 years of
experience with a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends, till
being appointed as ENPPI’s Energy Transition and Sustainability Business Manager in August 2023 driving and
facilitating the transition of Enppi’s business as usual to optimized energy efficiency concepts in all the projects
in alignment with the company’s new strategic vision.
I have been awarded the winner of the "Business Excellence Award", selected by the esteemed jury
committee of “She is Energy 2025” by H.E. the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, as part of
Empowering Women in Energy held by the Egypt Oil and Gas organization.
Moreover, proud to be recently elected as the lead of the “Mentorship and Development” working group as part of the East
Mediterranean Gas Forum (EMGF) initiative of EmPowerMed Women initiative.
