7th EMGF High Level Working Group Meeting – August 10th, 2020
The 7th EMGF High Level Working Group (HLWG) meeting was virtually held on the 7th of August 2020 via the online video conference, as a part of the precautionary measures taken to contain the COVID 19 pandemic.
The meeting was led by Egypt and was virtually attended by the EMGF High Level Working Group (HLWG) Representatives from the Governments of Cyprus, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jordan and Palestine, in addition to Guest Participant from The European Union.
The meeting discussed the latest preparations for the EMGF Statute signing ceremony planned to take place in the upcoming weeks according to the convenience of all of the EMGF Ministers.
The meeting also discussed the draft document of the EMGF Headquarters Agreement and the scope of work of the Regional Supply and Demand study, coordinated by the EMGF Gas Industry Advisory Committee (GIAC) – Economic Sub-Committee.
