Today, July 6, 2021, the Fifth Ministerial Meeting of the EMGF convened in Cairo – The Arab Republic of Egypt – under the Presidency of His Excellency Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Arab Republic of Egypt, as the current President of the EMGF Ministerial Meeting.
Today, March 9, 2021, the fourth ministerial meeting of the East Mediterranean Gas Forum (EMGF) was convened in Cairo, in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources hosted today, the 22nd of September, 2020, the signing ceremony of the statute of EMGF, establishing it as a regional intergovernmental organization, based in Cairo.
The Third Ministerial Meeting of EMGF was convened in Cairo, Egypt on January 16th, 2020 under the presidency of His Excellency Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Tarek El Molla, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the second ministerial meeting to consider the establishment of the EMGF was convened in Cairo on July 25th, 2019.
Upon the invitation of HE Mr. Tarek El Molla, the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the Cypriot, Greek, Israeli, Italian, Jordanian and Palestinian Ministers of Energy convened in Cairo on 14 January 2019 to discuss establishing the EMGF.
